BUSINESS MODEL

We work with client companies to develop products. These are typically:

Commercial consumer, industrial or business products sold by the client or other party
Tools or systems used internally by the client, usually for the purpose of developing commercial products
Research tools or proof-of-concept prototypes for determining the value of a technology applied to a potential commercial product

We work with clients as a team. Typically, the client organization has expertise in the application domain (e.g., medicine). We frequently work with a client's engineers or third-party technical specialists - we provide complementary technical and product development expertise. We can:

Help analyze the business goals for the product
Analyze the technical requirements
Design, implement, and test the entire system, or various subsystems
Produce initial prototypes for beta testing or initial customers
Work with production engineers to roll out the product
Provide technical documentation and support for the system

Probably the most important expertise we provide is common sense gained from experience. With nearly two decades of experience under our belts, we have seen our share of successes, and have learned some hard lessons along the way.
